Thanks to the foam milling process, we can produce even the most complex three-dimensional shapes. It also allows us to make fillings with holes of different depths, fitting the specific product with an accuracy of up to 1 mm. The engraving allows us to mark the foam, so that the warehouse employees don’t mix up the products.

Milling is mainly used for better and more expensive materials, but due to the possibility of cutting and milling in one production cycle, we can also mill in non-cross-linked foam without worrying about jagged edges of the holes.

Milled foam is used mainly as filler in crates, suitcases and decorative boxes.
